Man vs. Beast

After finishing another Cherub book in a week, I learned that 300 page books are not that big. Cherub books take me a week to read and i still have 2 more on my bookshelf. I the next will start the next book tomorrow at school or over the weekend.

But this book was about how they had to take down a terrorist group called the AFA (Animal Freedom Army). They fight for the use of animals in labs. At the end of a book, the kidnapped a scientist and shoved a feeding tube down his throat with acidly cleaner. The acid cleaner killed 150 animals in a test and when the cleaner sold a girl drank some and her organs were disintegrating inside of her.

The took out the AFA out and the leader of the mission became the new Chairman of the Cherub. Her name is Zara.

Divine Madness

In this book I just finished James, the main character, goes on a mission with his little sister and a girl named Dana. The book finishes at a party with the Cherubs celebrating the mission a success. At the party the give Dana a grey shirt which is the medium class Cherubs, and Lauren a black shirt. The black shirt is the highest level of Cherubs agents. James is still a grey shirt which means his younger sister can boss him around as a higher rank than him.

I think next book James and some other Cherubs will be in a war because the sneak peek says that a general will smuggle 10 Cherubs and fight the best war. I think the book will put them all in danger and might risk the Cherub agent base.

Chereb: Divine Madness

This new book I just started is really cool because they just finished a mission in Hong Kong. They are on their way back home now, and I think that the mission they just ended won't be a success because there are a lot more pages. Also, it foreshadowed that James, the main character, will have to go to Australia, to take down the terrorist group, Help Earth.

I think that James will have to go Australia because the man that the other took down was an Aussie. The preview said that Lauren would be in trouble. So I think that James is going to have to save her.

I think this book is going to be good and I am going to read the rest of the series after this.

The 5 People You Meet In Heaven

This book was about a guy who had a lot of things happen in his life. I thought the book was really sad because of the way it was planed out. The five people he meet, order are a Blue man. The Blue man was first, Eddie, the main character, didn't know him, never meet him. The Blue man was killed by Eddie, this happened for a reason and when they meet in heaven the Blue man told him the lesson. "That There are no random acts. That we are all connected.That you can no more separate one life from another than you can separate a breeze from the wind."

The second person meets was his Captain from the war. The Captain changed his life by shooting Eddie's leg so he wouldn't go running in a burning house to save a little "girl."When the Captain shoot his leg, Eddie had a limp from then on. the Captains lesson to Eddie was that you have to make sacrifices in life, like Eddie lost his leg, and the Captain died when he drove over a land mine.

The third person he meets in heaven was Ruby, the person that named the company and had a part in building. That was what she had to do with his life. Even though she died way before he was born, she still had a on his life. Ruby taught him that anger can hurt you and the people around you.

The Forth person was his wife, who died at the age of 47. She taught him that love doesn't end even though the person you loved life ends.

The fifth person, I think is the saddest. The fifth person is the person that he didn't save in the burning house, the house that the captain shoot Eddie in the leg over. This girl didn't teach Eddie a lesson, but i think it was meant to say. Go with your gut.

everlost

I just finished another book, and it is about how these two kids die in a car crash but, they don't go to heaven or to hell. They go to Everlost. This is the place when you go if you aren't ready to go to heaven. You are stuck between the light at the end of the tunnel and life.

I really liked this book even though I thought it was going to be a scary book. It was actually a love/war book. The book is about doing what you want to do. You can do what ever you want. this world is different than the life world. Afterlights, the stuck between kids, can sink to the middle of the earth if they aren't careful. this is because they can walk on the real life's earth.

I always finish books by the time I have to blog by the end of the week. I just finish books fast. hope I have the middle of a book to blog about next week.

End of Stupid fast

OK, so I just finished this book called Stupid Fast, and in the book the main character, Felton, has a crazy family. His brother, Andrew, is a piano player. But his mom, Jerri, is a hippy that is really siko, and in the end of the book goes to a therapist hospital. 


My favorite part of the book is when he has a fight with Ken. Ken was the fastest kid in his town and won the track and field, 500 meter run, against Felton. Felton beat his at the football game they were playing.


In the end, I would recommend this book again to anyone who likes sports because it isn't really a sports book but it is a good book to read.

Gym Candy

I just finished this book and would recommend it. It is about a kid that does steroids to get better at football. Up to the end he doesn't do it anymore but he wanted to do really good in the last game so he shot up. My favorite part was after he finished doing steroids because he showed himself that he didn't need steroids to be good at football. he quit the pills and still worked out more to get the same results. In the end of the book his best friend sees him shooting up and is going to tell the coach. As the talk on the beach, Mick pulls out a gun and shoots himself in the head. It ends when he is in a rehab center. If there was going to be a sequel I would read it because I would want to know what would happen in his life after football.


All in all I really liked this book and would recommend it to anyone who really like sports.
